Health Canada. Mission of the Counter-Terrorism Coordination and Health Information Networks (CTCHIN) Section: CTCHIN will work in in partnership with relevant stakeholders to raise awareness of, prepare for, coordinate with others and respond to current and emerging issues and threats related to chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) events. CTCHIN will provide early warning surveillance and be a resource of information on health related aspects of CBRN.
